Prices range from about $100 to $199. Pinless Moisture Meters – the Ligno-Scanners Ligno-Scanners, Ligno-DuoTec and Ligno-Versatec are a complete line of pinless moisture meters. Outstanding features are Dual-depth 1/4″ and 3/4″ Unique to the Ligno-Scanners SD, SDM, BW Multiple built-in corrections for different wood species, bamboo, concrete Due to a unique measuring technology, we can offer dual-depth pinless moisture meters. The dual-depth scanners can measure thin and thicker boards, top layer and overall moisture content, applications where water-based finishes are measured, etc. Combination Pin and Pinless Moisture Meters After both technologies had been fully developed, we added a combination moisture meter for pin, pinless and RH technology to our line of products, the Ligno-VersaTec. Relative Humidity and Temperature Measurement Off the shelf thermo-hygrometers come in handy, but are often not very accurate. For increased accuracy we developed the RH BluePeg System. But that is not all. Since we have many hardwood floor installers as our customers, we developed an RH sensor which can be used for measuring the moisture evaporation in a concrete slab. Concrete Moisture with In-Situ RH Probes Many tests have confirmed that this is a more reliable test than the Calcium Chloride test to avoid moisture problems in wood floor installed over concrete slabs. Monitoring Devices Utilizing the accurate measuring technology we developed over the last decade, we have developed new monitoring devices. Wireless and wirebound, on-site or over the Internet.
