Leveraging this extensive bioresource, we have successfully developed a series of AKK strains specifically designed to target metabolic-associated diseases. Our research also focuses on scientifically validated functional metabolites and proteins produced by AKK, which play a crucial role in promoting human health. Additionally, we have developed a gut microbiome metabolomics database, providing advanced, data-driven insights into gut health. By integrating cutting-edge metabolomics profiling with biotechnological advancements, we develop clinically supported synbiotic formulations designed to enhance intestinal homeostasis, boost GLP-1 secretion, improve metabolic health, and support overall well-being.
