About
About Laserline, Inc. Laserline is one of the pioneers in diode laser technology, and played a significant role in achieving a breakthrough with this laser type. Founded in 1997, the company grew within only a few years to becoming an international leading developer and manufacturer of diode lasers for industrial applications. As of today, about 6,500 Laserline diode lasers have been delivered worldwide. Laserline has international subsidiaries on the American continent (USA, Brazil) and in Asia (Japan, China, South Korea) as well as sales partners in Europe (France, Italy, Great Britain) and in the Asia-Pacific region (India, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia). Laserline diode lasers can be found in a wide variety of different sectors and application areas. Typical application areas are classical forms of metal processing, as welding, brazing, hardening or softening, as well as realization or repair of coatings. Furthermore, Laserline diode lasers have been established for plastic welding and additive manufacturing (metal 3D print) or welding of fiber composites. With the worldwide first blue cw high power diode laser (450 nm), Laserline now also enables controlled heat conduction welding of copper, gold and other highly reflective materials. About Laserline, Inc. Laserline is one of the pioneers in diode laser technology. The company grew within only a few years to becoming an international leading developer and manufacturer of diode lasers for industrial applications. Laserline diode lasers can be found in a wide variety of different application areas. Typical areas are classical forms of materials processing such as metal & plastic welding, brazing, hardening, cladding, coating, tape laying, heat treatment, edging, EV mobility and additive manufacturing. More than 7000 lasers installed worldwide supported by our subsidiaries and representations in all major markets in the world. Unmatched uptime and lowest cost of ownership amongst all laser manufacturers. In the mining industry our lasers are used for example to repair / service components (such as shafts / drills / etc.) by additively manufacturing / repairing coatings / rebuilding them. Other areas are mineral drying (e.g. Alumina, Barite, Basalt, Bauxite, Borax, Chromite, Clay, Ferrous minerals, Fluorite, Graphite, Gypsum, Iron ore, Limestone, Lithium, Phosphorus, Potash,, Pumice , Magnesium. Manganese, Molybdenum, Sand, Silica, Struvite, Talc, Vermiculite or Zincof minerals ( in combination with legacy technolgies or stand alone) About Laserline GmbH Laserline is one of the pioneers in diode laser technology, and played a significant role in achieving a breakthrough with this laser type.
