About Joe Seimas Exp Land & Ranch I help buyers and sellers make confident decisions on homes, land, and agricultural properties throughout the Central Valley—combining real-world farm experience with proven real estate know-how. My career started in the Bay Area—farming vegetables and growing cherries—before spending the last 35 years as a manufacturer’s representative in the farm equipment industry. In 2012, I expanded into real estate: buying and selling notes, acquiring and managing income properties, and overseeing agricultural real estate. Today, I bring that full spectrum of experience directly to my neighbors to help them buy and sell with clarity and ease. I’m an active member of the Valley Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, San Joaquin Farm Bureau, California Farm Bureau, and the American Farm Bureau, and I serve on the San Joaquin County Agricultural Advisory Board. I live in the Central Valley with my wife of 45 years; we raised three children here and are blessed with three grandchildren.
