Our JetPro Trip service provides on-demand crewing services. We have thousands of pre-screened pilots & crew members across the US so we can help supplement your crew, even on short notice. Our pilots are qualified on 60+ different business aircraft types & models. JetPro carries robust insurance and handles all the necessary state & federal tax withholdings, becoming the employer of record for the crew members. Our JetPro Recruit service provides ‘head-hunting’ style services to find your next best full-time employee. Our recruiters focus on finding your ideal candidate to hire & bring into your operation as a full-time employee. We can also blend our JetPro Trip service so you can do a trip with a candidate, before making a full-time offer. Our JetPro HR service provides PEO-style employment services, where JetPro serves as the employer of record for longer-term employment arrangements, with crew assigned exclusively to your operation, but employed by JetPro. We handle the payroll, insurance, taxes, and crew benefits, customizable to fit your budget.
