Founded by Paolo Savescu, ITALOIL brings to the United States early harvest olive oil produced from family-owned groves located along the shores of Lake Bolsena in Lazio, Italy.Our olive oil is made from carefully selected olives—primarily Caninese, along with Frantoio and Leccino varieties—harvested between late October and early November at peak ripeness. The olives are cold-pressed within hours of picking at our family-operated mill, preserving their natural flavors, aromas, and high polyphenol content. The result is a balanced, vibrant extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive peppery finish, rich in character and true to its origin.ITALOIL is certified organic in accordance with European Union regulations and carries DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) certification, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and adherence to strict production standards.
