About ISN, The International Society of Nephrology The International Society of Nephrology (ISN) is a global professional association committed to advancing kidney health worldwide. With a rich history spanning over six decades, the ISN has been at the forefront of driving research, education, and advocacy in the field of nephrology. Through its members and collaboration with national and regional societies, the ISN engages 30,000 health professionals from across the globe to reduce the burden of kidney diseases and provide optimal health care for patients. Via in-person and online events, learning and networking opportunities, the ISN provides a platform for exchange of knowledge and expertise in kidney health. As the only kidney association in official relations as a non-state actor with the World Health Organization, the ISN is a global leader advocating for global kidney health and fosters international partnerships and initiatives to address the challenges of kidney health disparities and access to treatment worldwide.
