About IRP Medical IRP Medical specializes in custom molding of liquid silicone, gum silicone, organic and polyisoprene elastomeric materials for the medical device, aerospace and consumer markets. We are an FDA Registered Medical Device Manufacturer, ISO 13485:2016 & ITAR certified company. We manufacture all LIM products in our ISO 8 Clean Room. Our Compression, Transfer & Flash-less molding is done in a controlled white room environment. IRP Medical is a division of International Rubber Products Inc., and has two other elastomeric divisions; ABBA Rubber and MikronPMP Aerospace. IRP Medical and the Corporate Headquarters are located in San Clemente, CA.
