Built into our unit is an extended retention chamber, that can achieve 980 degrees for two second in the gas phase, which ensures PFAS is destroyed within the char and gas phase. When emerging contaminants, like PFAS, are present within a feedstock then an extended retention chamber (ERC) can be integrated into the gasification unit.
