About INTELLA Intella builds mission intelligence software designed to help satellite operations scale without scaling risk or headcount. As fleets and mission diversity grow, that manual investigation effort becomes unsustainable. Teams are forced into a tradeoff: either add headcount and erode margins, or accept more operational risk and expose SLAs. Mercury addresses this by acting as a relevance layer above existing systems. It ingests housekeeping telemetry and operational signals, combines AI detections with rule-based checks and mission context, and aggregates everything into a small number of relevant operational events. Instead of dozens of alerts and dashboards, operators get a single, contextualized event that tells them what matters, why it matters, and what changed—with decisions and outcomes retained for future missions.
