Founded in 2021, ImmunAdd, Inc., is a privately held biopharmaceutical company on a mission to improve health through advances in adjuvant design and formulation. We are developing next-generation saponin adjuvants and using them as the basis for new combination adjuvants and adjuvanted vaccines. Our lead adjuvant, IA-05, is a rationally designed analog of the saponin adjuvant QS-21. IA-05 elicits immune responses comparable to or better than QS-21 and is better tolerated and more stable. Our pipeline covers vaccine adjuvant development, new formulation development, and novel drug conjugations applied in vaccines, cancer, and immunotherapies. Our lead adjuvant, IA-05, is a rationally designed analog of natural saponin QS-21, and it provides a sustainable source of saponin-based adjuvant. IA-05: a fully synthetic saponin-based vaccine adjuvant that has demonstrated improved tolerability and elicited improved enhanced immune responses compared with QS-21 in influenza, HBV, HPV, and anti-cancer vaccines. IA-05 can therefore enable the development of safer, more effective, and more durable vaccines. IAS-01: a vaccine adjuvant system comprising IA-05 and a synthetic TLR agonist, which is a mimic of AS01. The immunogenicity of antigens can be enhanced synergistically and durably by IAS-01.
