About Hypoxygen - Frederick, MD HypOxygen is exhibiting our HypOxystation, the only hypoxic chamber purpose built for physiological cell culture research. Specifically designed to create normoxic, hypoxic, and anoxic conditions within a controlled workstation environment, these workstations are ideal for research requiring the ability to accurately control O2, CO2, temperature, and humidity. These systems are incubated and can be outfitted with HEPA filtration meeting ISO 14644 Class III standards, allowing for a higher level of atmospheric cleanliness to be maintained inside of the chamber. Now GMP capable! HypOxystation can be used in combination with an i2 workstation, which is specifically designed to house Seahorse XF Analyzers. The i2 system offers control of oxygen and temperature for optimal Seahorse operation. The unit also has a small incubator with programmable temperatures to allow the plates to incubate and for the CO2 from previous incubation to leach from the plates, allowing for accurate readings on the Seahorse. If fitted with a vacuum take-off port, the Whitley AsPROvac is an excellent solution for carefully removing supernatants or any kind of laboratory aspiration.
