About Hope Speaks Hope Speaks International, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that inspires hope and raises the voices of children with disabilities in Uganda through rehabilitative therapy services, advocacy, education, and social services. Short-term volunteer trips, externships, CFY positions, and long-term staffing positions are available.
