Our team of engineers and technicians has 110+ years of combined experience, specifically in medical balloon component development and high volume balloon production. Our balloon manufacturing facility is based in Wexford Ireland and our customers are all over the world. We use our proprietary robotic balloon forming technology to expand what's possible today. Our manufacturing facility is ISO 13485 certified providing full traceability and peace of mind. Our R&D engineering team provides balloon design services, input on balloon materials as well as custom balloon testing to ensure your balloons meet your performance needs. Our loyal customers include; large multinational medical device manufacturers, OEMs, contract manufacturers, design agencies and early-stage start-ups.
