About High Expansion Paper Co. Established in 1989, CO.CO.CAT has been one of the pioneers of the cardboard industry in Taiwan. Inspired by creative cardboard furniture, we aim to create Eco-friendly, non-toxic and wearable feline furniture which also coordinates with your home decor.
