With a heritage in wheat milling, we operate both Grain Craft Wheat Milling and Central Milling organic flour. In addition, we recently welcomed Grain Craft Corn Milling into our operations. Through these three companies we offer premium bulk and bagged wheat and corn flour for the baking, culinary, food service, pizza and tortilla industries.
