The Discovery Lab has propriety Antibody Library ( HINDTM - Human Immune Naive Discovery Antibody Library Platform )with highly diverse repertoire. GeNext Genomics Hyper Immune Library platform has collection of billions of antibodies against various diseases. These library are studied and for a particular target hit generation, engineering CDR’s and make recombinant antibody. The Analytical lab is equipped with high-end instruments such as BLI technology, UPLC, RT-PCR, for rapid protein analysis and characterization that allows robust and confident experimental results. The Clone development Lab is equipped with Neon Transfection, ICON a rapid plate-based titer assessment- the instrument offers rapid plate-based assessment of antibody production for cell line development using fluorescence polarization (FP). Upstream lab is equipped with for quick process development along with 2 to 50L stirred tank Bioreactors. The Downstream lab is equipped with Automated Chromatography and Tangential Flow Filtration systems. GNG has implemented a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that is meticulously designed to be phase-specific, ensuring alignment with the highest industry standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. This tailored approach enables precise compliance with the regulatory requirements for development phase. Currently company is working on 5 inhouse molecule of MAB based biosimilar with a market of 20 Billion USD, One of the molecule is at Pre-Clinical stage and has plan to complete clinical studies by 2026. GNG is funded by National Biopharma Mission, BIRAC for this molecule. Apart from Biosimilars GNG is also working in CGT and Novel discovery space with collaborative company. Under CRO, GNG is working with many clients like Nationally and Internationally for novel developments.
