About Funeral Women Lead Funeral Women Lead Organization believes women are the key to the survival of this profession. It pursues its mission to unleash greatness in women through outreach, coaching and mentoring, a one- and two-year leadership academy, annual wellness summit, and scholarships for professional development. Bringing together leaders, sponsors, researchers and supporters, Funeral Women Lead is a resource hub for the funeral and death care profession, sharing the incredible resources of our profession to our followers and members including a library, podcasts, Ted talks, articles, blogs, webinars, research, and information on other groups and organizations supporting women. Funeral Women Lead exists to champion women of the funeral profession as the much-needed next-era women’s leadership.
