About Foresight Canada Foresight Canada is Canada’s leading cleantech innovation and adoption accelerator, dedicated to helping climate technology ventures grow, commercialize, and achieve real-world impact. As a national nonprofit, Foresight convenes innovators, investors, industry, government, and academia to accelerate the development and adoption of clean technologies that strengthen Canada’s economy and advance its net-zero and climate-resilience goals. Through sector-focused programs, innovation challenges, and deep ecosystem connections, Foresight supports ventures across energy, water, agriculture, carbon management, the built environment, and more—helping solutions move from pilot to market at speed and scale. In partnership with Social Innovation Canada, Foresight delivers the Earth Tech program suite—long-format, impact-driven accelerators designed to support high-potential climate ventures with tailored commercialization, validation, and capital-readiness support. The flagship Earth Tech program is a nine-month, non-equity accelerator that combines expert mentorship, systems thinking, and curated market and investor access. Within this platform, Earth Tech: 2050 focuses on ventures with the potential to deliver gigatonne-scale emissions reductions or removals by mid-century, providing rigorous technical and market support to accelerate pathways to scale. Earth Tech: Adapt targets climate-adaptation solutions that help communities, industries, and ecosystems prepare for and respond to climate impacts, emphasizing real-world deployment and resilience outcomes.
