About Excellance Inc Founded in 1975, EXCELLANCE, INC. is one of the oldest and most respected manufacturers of emergency vehicles in the world. From its inception, the founders’ vision has been to produce the finest quality emergency medical and specialty vehicles available in the marketplace. These include premium quality modular ambulances, rescue trucks, hazmat units, mobile stroke command/communication units and specialty vehicles. To date, the company has manufactured over 2,800 new customized vehicles and has remounted over 1,500 units onto new chassis. All vehicles feature a fully welded aluminum body and interior cabinetry built by craftsmen with AWS/ASE/EVT certifications. Vehicles are compliant with QVM, KKK-A-1882 and NFPA standards where applicable. Extensive warranties and our remounting program provide a long- term investment. Today, Excellance remains a privately held family owned corporation.
