EPP is a contract manufacturer that focuses on high quality, tight tolerance injection molding. We partner with companies and invest in their products and growth. We are ISO-13485 and 9001 certified, as well as FDA registered. We have an in-house engineering team that consists of mechanical and electrical engineers to help with design, drawings/models, DFM/DFA, reverse engineering and prototyping. Involving our partners throughout every step. We also offer assembly solutions and have experience with electrical boards, soldering, epoxying, insert/heat staking, laser etching, pad printing, and ultra sonic welding. Our manufacturing floor consists of 6 injection molding presses: 5 horizontal, and 1 vertical with 2 having cleanroom capabilities. Our injection machines range from 50ton - 200ton.
