About

About E.S.Q. Ltd. Advance your minimally invasive devices with ultra-fine, thin wall metal tubing from ESQ, a Japanese manufacturer of custom microtubes for catheters, stents, and endoscope components in demanding interventional medical applications. ESQ supplies precision micro metal tubes with OD 0.2–20 mm, wall thickness from ~0.015 mm, and continuous coils up to 2,000 m, ideal for microcatheters, radiopaque marker bands, stent, and other medical device components. We process Nitinol, Co-Cr (L605), titanium, tantalum, niobium, stainless steel, magnesium, and other specialty or precious metals through integrated tube drawing, bright annealing, cutting, bending, and pressing to deliver functional parts, not just raw tubing. Medical tubes are produced and inspected in a semi cleanroom under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems. Visit our booth with your drawings for an on-the-spot manufacturability and feasibility review.
