About DNTOX GmbH DNTOX has developed a test system that is able to evaluate compounds regarding their potential to disturb the human brain and its development in a fast and cost-efficient way, without animal testing. Thereby, DNTOX offers toxicological testing in vitro with a focus on developmental and adult neurotoxicity. This test system is comprised of a set of multicellular and multiplexed 2D/3D in vitro test methods that are based on human neural progenitor cells (hNPCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). The toxicological evaluation is based on an in-house developed software combined with artificial intelligence.
