About DIMA Biotechnology LLC DIMA Biotechnology LLC accelerates cancer research through innovative membrane protein and monoclonal antibody discovery platforms. We specialize in producing full length, hard-to-express targets such as GPCRs, ion channels, and transporters et al. All our proteins are overexpressed in HEK293 cells to ensure high quality expression with correct PTMS. Our proprietary platforms include: - Synthetic Nanodisc, PeptiNanodisc, and Detergent-based systems: providing pure full length transmembrane proteins purified by affinity chromatography. - VLP (Virus Like Particles), MNP (Membrane Nano Particles), and Exosome-based systems—which present proteins in their native context but are not purified proteins. We offer over 500 Nanodisc products, with 300+ available in stock for next day delivery covering many GPCR and channel proteins. In antibody discovery, we provide both single B cell–derived rabbit mAbs and Nanobody development. We offer 5,000+ prevalidated recombinant mAb sequences targeting 500+ cancer relevant proteins, which are ready for out-licensing and testing. Additional IgG candidates can be screened within six weeks using proprietary B cell libraries. Our mammalian cell display platform supports antibody engineering services including humanization, affinity maturation, and functional screening. DIMA delivers integrated solutions from membrane protein production to antibody optimization to advance cancer research and therapeutic development.
