About Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie The Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie brings international baking teams from across the Western Hemisphere to compete in four categories: Baguette & World Breads, Viennoiserie, Artistic Break Showpiece and Savory Baking. Winners will represent the Americas at the World Cup final in Paris.
