About Cortag Tools USA 30 Years of Achievements A story built by many hands, the courage to innovate, and hard work. This is how the 30-year journey of Cortag can be summed up—a company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Mogi Mirim, São Paulo, Brazil. Since the production of its first manual tile cutter, the HD-500, the company has demonstrated a strong commitment to producing and delivering, above all, quality. With solid roots and a great desire to make a difference in people's lives, the brand — a specialist and national leader in manual tile cutters for porcelain floors and leveling systems — combines a keen eye for every step of the production process with the boldness to innovate without constraints. It understands that success comes from innovation and the inspiration to do things differently and better. Achieving this requires more than massive investments and constant structural updates. It is essential to believe that it is possible to evolve with each step and to challenge one's own limits, always with responsibility and planning. Each award won, each new solution embraced by the market, each expansion of our manufacturing plant — now covering more than 530,000 ft2— and each new certification achieved are milestones that motivate us to continue growing even further. More people joining the team, which now has nearly 1,000 employees, more partnerships being established, and more construction workers trusting in pioneering national technology, currently present in over 45 countries.
