About Construction & Demolition Recycling Association The Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) is the established nationwide forum for C&D Recycling and is the only national trade association that promotes recycling construction and demolition materials. For more than 30 years, the CDRA has provided education, networking and a unified voice for recyclers of construction materials, including wood, concrete and aggregates, asphalt shingles, gypsum wallboard, metals and more.
