Unique amongst our peers, we are a biotechnology platform company with end-to-end development capabilities that enable a rigorous approach to the design and validation of our digital therapies. To date, we have announced four industry-leading co-development and commercialization collaborations with pharmaceutical companies and have five prescription treatments under active development. In collaboration with Otsuka, we developed RejoynTM, the first prescription digital therapeutic authorized by the FDA for the adjunctive treatment of major depressive disorder symptoms. Two additional treatments have received breakthrough designation from the FDA. Our evidence-based mobile applications safely target neural pathways often inaccessible to biopharmaceuticals; their consistent use is designed to modify the underlying neurological basis of disease to achieve lasting improvement across well-established measures of function, behavior, cognition, disease severity, and disease progression. As the only innovator of prescription digital therapeutics to take a biotech-like approach to development, we are committed to applying the technical and scientific rigor that is necessary to meet the needs of payers, providers, and patients. We clinically validate our applications through randomized controlled trials to demonstrate safety and efficacy. We seek FDA clearance for our treatments as class II medical devices with independent or adjunctive therapeutic treatment claims or FDA approval as drug-device combinations. Our end-to-end capabilities and clinically validated platform enable us to develop products in-house and in collaboration with pharma partners. As a result, we are uniquely positioned to support the digitization of pharma pipelines via prescription drug use-related software (PDURS) combinations that can expand drug labels with additional efficacy claims. Our digital therapeutics under development address diverse areas of unmet need, including indications in psychiatry, neurology, oncology, immunology, and cardiometabolic diseases.
