About Cimbali USA Cimbali Group is one of the leading manufacturers of professional coffee and milk-based beverage machines and coffee shop equipment. The Group, which includes the La Cimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio brands, operates through two production plants in Italy and one in the United States (in Seattle, where Slayer brand machines are manufactured), employing a total of approximately 850 people. In 2019, with the acquisition of Keber, a brand of excellence in the production of professional grinders for the coffee industry based in Dolo (Venice), the number of production sites rose to four. The Group's commitment to spreading the culture of espresso coffee and promoting the local area took concrete form in 2012 with the founding of MUMAC – the Coffee Machine Museum, the first and largest permanent exhibition dedicated to the history, world and culture of espresso coffee machines, located within the Cimbali Group headquarters in Binasco. MUMAC is home to the MUMAC Academy, the Cimbali Group's coffee machine academy, a centre for training, dissemination and research.
