About Cheryl's Cookies Since we opened the doors of Cheryl's Cookies in 1981, we've been making freshly baked, individually wrapped cookies and brownies with an unwavering commitment to quality, technology and innovation. Our signature Buttercream frosting is always delivered with warmth and backed by our guarantee of excellence. Our multi-faceted business is comprised of retail stores, internet sales, and successful Business Gift and Wholesale Divisions, and is headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. We have a state-of-the-art assembly and distribution facility, a 365,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution center, and GFSI-SQF Level 3 and Kosher OU D certifications. Within our facility, we house vertically integrated onsite food production, merchandising and exclusive-gift design departments, a central purchasing department, and a gift-fulfillment center where we pack over 2,000 gifts and desserts, ship millions of packages each year, and offer personalization and customization for qualifying customers.
