About Centralia Outlets/R.K. Getty Corp Centralia Outlets is the Northwest’s Original Outlet Mall, established in 1988. It is the only Outlet Mall located on the busy I-5 corridor between Seattle and Portland. The shopping center is designed with a Northwest architectural theme consisting of 8 open-air buildings. The R. K. Getty Corp. team of 4 individuals has over 100 years of combined experience in real estate development, asset management, leasing, and marketing. Because R. K. Getty Corp. only manages assets owned by the Getty family, we are able to take a more “hands-on” approach with each project, forming collaborative partnerships with our tenants.
