About Be Pro Be Proud, Inc. Be Pro Be Proud is bringing a new generation of pride, progress, and professionals to America’s skilled workforce. Staged on middle & high school campuses, our state-of-the-art, custom-built Mobile Workshops allow students to utilize augmented & virtual reality simulators to experience skilled, technical roles in highly engaging ways. Be Pro Be Proud is a national program first launched by the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce in 2016 to address its own workforce shortages. Since 2020, six additional states have joined our National Network as we continue to grow a collaborative force working to address state & national workforce challenges.
