About Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership BAHEP is a member-driven organization dedicated to stimulating regional economic development and employment in Southeast Texas. Founded in 1976, BAHEP works with over 300 investor companies, local governments, and educational institutions to attract, retain and expand industry in the region. Our members include business partners encompassing 18 cities and Galveston and Harris counties.
