About ASHA State Education Advocacy Leaders (SEALs) We are your ASHA State Education Advocacy Leader (SEAL) Regional Champions and part of the ASHA SEALs Network! We provide leadership, guidance, and support on topics related to the funding and delivery of services in school-based settings. We advocate for the needs of school-based SLPs and Audiologists in the workplace and continually connect with ASHA members to ensure the visibility of their most significant professional priorities. One of our primary responsibilities is to guide school-based SLPs and Audiologists toward the most updated resources regarding school-based practices, including local, state, and federal policies, that are readily available for public consumption.
