We approach all our projects as partnerships, so we work with each client, not for each client. Our recent work includes drafting and providing technical assistance on Public Health Emergency Response Plans (PHERP) and associated annexes, facilitating Integrated Preparedness Plan Workshops (IPPW) and writing Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP), revising and testing Medical Countermeasure plans, and delivering customized and practical ICS training to prepare the public health workforce.
