About ABI-LAB ABI-LAB is a three building campus of private lab suites located in Natick, Massachusetts, in the Metro West Boston area. The campus is currently comprised of 105,000 total square feet and is home to 42 different companies. In late 2024, ABI will be opening it's next building, adding on 35,000 square feet to the current campus.
