Manufacturing since 1972, and in the United States since 2010, AAIT / Technocraft is one of the few privately owned manufacturers in the construction arena. Being solely owned, we are able to completely control Quality Control giving us (and our customers) Quality Assurance Standards. All of our welders and all auto-welding machines are qualified and certified annually by SLV Mannheim (Germany), EN 1090-2 2018 for steel welding and EN 1090-3 2008 for Aluminum welding. ** The ENTIRE MANUFACTURING process is IN-HOUSE, under the same roof ** We utilized our own, in-house Galvanizing Plant for all of our galvanized products, where that are hot-dipped galvanized (HDG). We only use Super-High Grade zinc (99.995% pure zinc) for our HDG finishes. We use low silicon steel, which allows for a better galvanized finish; the HDG better adheres to the steel. At our in-house Powder Coating Facility, we are able to produce a superior powder coated finish for items like our select Scaffold, Shoring Frames, and other accessories. Traceability and Identification are stamped into all of our products. Each product has its own unique stamp which identifies the Name of Manufacturer (Manufacturer ID) Month of Manufacturing ; Year of Manufacturing ; 3-Digit Heat Identification Number of the material used/batch number (e.g.: “TI MM YY XXX”). We are an ISO 9001 2015 Certified factory, with a Quality Control System that includes an in-house Testing Facility for all incoming raw material; in-process material; and finished product load qualifying test (load bearing capacity test). All products are tested in accordance with the applicable OSHA, ANSI, SFFI related standards. TESTING FACILITIES: • Universal testing machine for mechanical properties • Spectrometer for chemical properties • Charpy impact testing machine • Cold weather test for the products node / fitting points at -60 deg.
