Woody Associates, Inc. has provided automatic decorating equipment to the confectionery industry for over 70 years. As a staple in modern production, the Woody Stringer can produce zigzag, curved and looped design patterns to bakery and confectionery items in a fully automated system. Each Stringer is custom designed to meet the individual needs of the user. We will utilize factors such as line speed, width and the desired decoration pattern to produce a machine that will exceed expectations and withstand the test of time. The Woody Stringer can be designed to decorate on a conveyor, over a gap or fitted in an enrober. Many machines in use today are more than 40 years old. Throughout the exhibition, Woody Associates will have Engineers and Technicians on hand to discuss how the Woody Stringer can be adapted to specific production needs. On display will be the latest Woody Servo Stringer decorating continuously with chocolate. The Woody Servo Stringer permits changes to the decoration while in operation and all design changes are made by touchscreen. In addition to the latest Woody Servo Stringer, other models of the Woody Stringer will be demonstrated to show the special heavy duty and wash down configurations. We can discuss how the Woody Stringer can be adapted for your production line. Literature will be available describing Woody Associates’ full range of string type decorating equipment. Additional equipment including conveyors, tanks and pumps are available to create a turn-key decorating solution. Standard and custom designed decorating machines are available for any size and speed production line and can be adapted to the small artisan bakery to the biggest wholesale bakery. Several versions of the Woody Stringer will be on display including servo operated Stringers, heavy duty and high-speed Stringers and special application Woody Stringers. Throughout the exhibition, Engineers and Technicians will be on hand to discuss specific applications and advise how the Woody Stringer can be tailored for the specific production requirements.
