District Chief / EMT Peter Kirvin started as a volunteer firefighter in 2000 at Nokomis Volunteer Fire Department. He was hired with Boca Grande Fire Department in 2002. Peter became a company officer early in his career and quickly realized there was a need for better safety products in the fire service. After years of research and development Fire Ninja, LLC was founded in 2012. Fire Ninja, LLC was created to provide quality safety equipment to emergency responders, including personal protective equipment and active cooling equipment for firefighter rehabilitation. Since Fire Ninja was launched, the company has experienced phenomenal growth. Today, Fire Ninja takes pride in providing superior safety equipment to 1st responders, military and civilians across the country and around the world.
