Taiwan Tokan Corporation founded on September, 2015 in Yilan Taiwan, is a Taiwan-Japan joint venture. The main business is the production and sale of paper cup containers. Our parent company, Tokan Kogyo Co., Ltd., is one of Japan’s leading paper cup manufacturers. We are only overseas subsidiary and dedicated production base for paper cup manufacturing. In 2019, we obtained ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and FSC certifications.In order to make customers achieve a safe and reliable all-round production base, we constantly guide the company’s personnel to have innovative ideas, including product innovation, process innovation, and concept innovation. Synchronize with the standards of the Japanese parent company in production equipment, manufacturing technology, quality management, and hygiene management.In the current social declining birthrate and aging population problem, we would also introduce intelligent systems, intelligent storage systems, Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) and robotic arms to improve product quality and production efficiency. Now, in the factory has 9 Japanese-made paper cup machines, the future according to the plan configuration will be introduced another 11 paper cup machines. It is expected to produce more than 1 billion paper cups per year.On the social issues of food safety and environmental sustainability, the company is committed to producing high-quality paper cup containers and constantly developing environmentally friendly raw materials, such as non-plastic paper and coated paper, and using advanced manufacturing processes to provide safe and excellent products on food containers. In the paper cup lid products, we also cooperate with the parent company.We uphold the responsible attitude of our Japanese parent company, Tokan Kogyo, to customers. We constantly innovate technology and introduce intelligent systems and equipment.
