The Curacao Ports Authority (CPA) is responsible for the harbor traffic and port management of Curacao. In addition, CPA owns and operates the cruise facilities in Willemstad and is involved in the promotion of Curacao as a cruise destination. CPA is a platinum member of the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association, the American Association of Port Authorities, the Caribbean Shipping Association and the Port Management Association of the Caribbean.
