Our story began over 70 years ago when Andy Caneza returned home after WW2. While overseas, “Pops” as he was known, experienced the spicy and savory flavor of garlic and he was passionate to share it with his family and friends. Spice World was then born!

Spargo Space is developing autonomous space logistics infrastructure, focused on refuellable in orbit propellant fuel depots at the multi-ton scale. The company combines large scale propellant storage with fully autonomous rendezvous and docking, enabling repeatable fuel delivery and spacecraft servicing without continuous ground intervention. Spargo Space’s guidance, navigation, and control architecture executes closed loop onboard and is augmented by vision language models to maintain robustness under degraded or uncertain sensing conditions. The near term objective is to support government and commercial missions that require sustained on orbit operations, maneuver flexibility, and reduced dependence on single launch architectures, with a clear path to infrastructure scale depots exceeding 1000 kg of stored propellant.

Despite its lightness, Slate-Lite retains the feel and look of a solid stone slab. Our stone veneer is only approx. 1.5 mm thin and even flexible!
