ACME Engineering Products Inc.

Acme manufactures gas detection systems for building ventilation control and indoor air quality. We also produce zero-emissions electric boilers—low and high voltage—for hot water and steam. Capacities range from 75 kW to 68 MW, with voltages from 480 V to 25 kV. With affiliates across India, China, Europe, Canada, the United States, and South America, we serve customers globally. Acme is ISO 9001 certified, meeting international standards. | Acme Engineering designs and manufactures gas detection systems, industrial process heating equipment, and automatic scraper-strainers for commercial and industrial applications. | The ACME’s automatic, self-cleaning strainers are used for water and wastewater treatment applications where the removal of suspended solids is critical for the protection of downstream equipment. Our scraper-strainer design effectively cleans under high solids loading and low-pressure conditions which backwash strainers cannot handle and subsequently clog up, requiring manual cleaning. ACME’s strainers are custom manufactured for each application to ensure a successful project. ACME is now capable of producing complete skid packages including pumps, controls, additional filtration products such as cartridge filters and all associated piping in its own ASME U-Stamp approved facility. We also offer process heating products, and gas and particulate detection equipment for environmental monitoring and control

ABICH LABORATORIES

Abich, our Cosmetic and Medical Device Business Unit and part of the Lifeanalytics Group, is a dynamic Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provide clinical, analytical, and R&D services to third parties, with a primary focus on medical devices, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Our Business Unit has developed an in-house clinical division dedicated to conducting safety, tolerability, and efficacy studies on healthy volunteers. In addition, the company includes specialized divisions in cell biology, microbiology, and analytical chemistry, which operate independently or in close collaboration to deliver comprehensive and complex analytical solutions. The Cell Biology Division has developed a wide range of in vitro safety testing protocols in compliance with OECD guidelines, offering validated alternatives to animal testing. These protocols are based on specific cell lines as well as advanced models such as in vitro reconstructed human tissues. The division also provides efficacy testing to support the research and development of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, flavorings, food supplements, and detergents. Abich’s multidisciplinary team includes biologists, chemical and pharmaceutical specialists, biotechnologists, and biomedical engineers. Our experts work closely with clients to design tailored analytical protocols and customized testing strategies. | Abich is a dynamic Contract Research Organization (C.R.O.) offering R&D clinical and analytical services for third parties, mainly focused on medical devices, cosmetics and drugs.Abich internally developed a clinical division specifically dedicated to perform safety tests and tolerability and efficacy assays on healthy volunteers.Abich also has cell biology, microbiology and analytical chemistry divisions, each of which can perform highly specialized tests or collaborate with the others for wide-range, complex analyses. Abich’s cell biology division developed several in vitro safety testing protocols according to OECD methods, as an alternative to animal testing, using specific cell lines or advanced models such as in vitro-reconstructed human tissue. The division can also provide several efficacy tests to support and complete the research and development of cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, flavorings, food supplements and detergents. The analytical chemistry division developed specific protocols and analyses for quality controls on finished products or raw materials over the years. The division can also provide accurate analyses using advanced systems such as HPLC, Ultra-HPLC, GC-MS e ICP-OES.The microbiology division provides services for the quantification, search and identification of specific microorganisms, as well as challenge tests, analyses for the evaluation of anti-microbial efficacy and mutagenesis assays. The staff at ABICH includes biologists, specialists in chemical and pharmaceutical techniques, biotechnologists and biomedical engineers. Our personnel is available to design custom analytical protocols and analytical methods for our customers.
