We have Mechanical recycling lines of textile waste with European Tearing lines (Laroche and Margassa) /Spinning of Open end yarn for Socks, Apparel, Denim and Home textile with only recycled cotton – WE DO NOT BUY ANY VIRGIN COTTON . We also have Circular knitting machines for making 100% recycled sustainable knitted fabric for apparel from own yarns. Our yarns are/can be made from both Pre consumer waste cotton as well as Post consumer waste (certified recycled PET fiber OR Post consumer cotton ) as per demand of our customers for their environment sustenance initiative. Alternately, we can recycle industrial waste as well as Post consumer waste for customer on toll basis to give them recycled cotton for their own spinning . All recycled cotton and yarn can be with GRS certificate which is verifiable claim of Recycled content. We also have OEKO-TEX standard 100 certificate and we are an Inditex approved supplier.
Sedifilt – Syntech Fibres
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, manufacturers of Sedifilt string wound filter cartridges, and Super Fine melt Blown filter cartridges. Our cartridges are certified by NSF on NSF/ANSI standard 61. Our cartridges are being used in various large size RO plants globally including 900,000 m3/day SWRO plants. Additionally Sedifilt cartridges are being used by oil & gas industry for applications such as natural gas coalescer, amine & glycol filtration. We make cartridges using 100% homopolymer FDA approved food grade polypropylene. Sedifilt filter cartridges have been tested by an independent USA laboratory on ASTM standard F795 for performance and dirt holding capacity. Sedifilt filter cartridges have the following advantages over ordinary PP filter cartridges. They have the best features of string wound and melt blown cartridges and then some more: * Contains no oils and extractable – No foaming * Continuous filaments – No loose fibers to come out * High void ratio – Low pressure drop * Random structure – High dirt holding capacity * Stable winding – Reduced particle unloading under pressure surges * Firm edges – Better knife edge sealing We make filter cartridges in custom lengths up to 72 inches and diameters up to 6 inches. Ends caps as per your requirement are also possible. We also make cotton and polyester media cartridges with stainless steel core.
