The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) is a professional organization dedicated to supporting women working in all areas of the construction industry—from tradeswomen to business owners. Since 1953, our mission has been to champion the success of women in construction through education, networking, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement. NAWIC memberships are open to all! We have nearly 6,500 members with over 120 chapters nationwide, and NAWIC encourages active participation at both the national and local levels. These memberships provide valuable opportunities for professional growth, networking, friendship, mentorship, and support from a community of like-minded women in construction.
