Aberdeen Fabrics
Aberdeen Fabrics, proudly made in the USA, is a trusted manufacturer and distributor specializing in 100% polyester technical textiles designed for fabric printing and graphic applications. With more than 40 years of expertise, Aberdeen operates its own mill, giving the company full control over quality, scalability, and supply chain reliability. Customers benefit from consistent production standards, dependable inventory, and the responsiveness of a domestic partner. At the heart of Aberdeen’s sustainability commitment is its proprietary CleanRTex® process, a groundbreaking innovation that cuts water usage by up to 90% compared to traditional textile manufacturing. CleanRTex is a closed-loop, zero-waste system, powered in part by solar energy, ensuring virtually no wastewater is released into the environment. Equally important, the process eliminates microplastics in the waste stream, safeguarding waterways and marine ecosystems. To illustrate the impact, producing a 100-yard roll of Aberdeen’s Soft Knit requires only 12 gallons of water, compared to 125 gallons with conventional methods. A 20-roll pallet consumes just 240 gallons, dramatically less than the 2,500 gallons typically used. Beyond reducing environmental impact during production, Aberdeen Fabrics is actively advancing recycling and circular solutions. The company partners with print providers, event organizers, and distributors to collect and recycle.
