Refiberd is a US-based startup developing AI-powered software and hardware solutions to enable circularity in the textiles and apparel industry. Our technologies include a material identification system which uses hyperspectral imaging and machine learning to accurately detect the fiber composition of textiles within 2% of actual composition, and a resale/reuse sorting system which uses RGB detection and automated quality inspection which identifies post consumer textile item defects.

Recyc’Elit
Recyc’Elit is a french company that has developed a low impact chemical recycling process for complex (multifiber) polyester-based textiles, currently landfilled or incinerated. As the process is selective to polyester, co-materials (elastane, cotton, polyamide…) remain intact. Recyc’Elit has a pre-industrial demonstrator able to recycle between 10 and 30 tons per year. | Recyc’Elit is a french company that has developed a low impact chemical recycling process for complex (multi-fiber) polyester-based textiles, currently landfilled or incinerated. T2T 3.0 – Advanced Closed-Loop Recycling: Proprietary chemical & enzymatic recycling technologies. Uses 100% post-consumer waste, with quality close to virgin material. Now in mass production with 30,000 tons annual capacity.
Re.Nova Plast s.r.l.
Re.Nova Plast specializes in the production of recycled, traceable, and certified thermoplastic compounds derived from the recovery of pre- and post-consumer waste. Our tailor-made polymers are mainly used in the footwear industry, where we originated, but they are also used in other sectors (construction, industrial, furniture, etc.). Their performance is validated by laboratory tests and supported by structured technical and environmental dossiers, guaranteeing quality, traceability, and compliance.
RE&UP
RE&UP Recycling Technologies helps shape the global transition toward circular textiles, demonstrating that textile-to-textile recycling is no longer a niche concept but a commercially viable industrial reality. With projects already operational worldwide, RE&UP supports brands such as PUMA (RE:FIBRE program) and ONLY, part of BESTSELLER, in bringing circular collections to market at scale. With an annual capacity of 80,000 tons, RE&UP supplies high-quality, ready-to-use recycled materials designed to integrate into existing supply chains. These materials meet the performance, consistency, and traceability requirements of commercial production while supporting compliance with emerging regulations such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the Ecodesign Regulation. This market readiness is reinforced by third-party validation. RE&UP is the first company across all industries to achieve Cradle to Cradle Certified® Circularity for all its products, confirming that its Next-Gen materials are designed for safe, continuous reuse within transparent circular systems. Looking ahead, RE&UP aims to process one million tons of textiles by 2030, advancing the role of industrial-scale recycling as a competitive and dependable alternative to virgin fibers.
