All we need is two 7 foot straight pieces (paint grade) or one 14 foot straight piece (stain grade) of your specified moulding profile to make a 12 foot mold. This process will replicate the shape, wood grain and all of the surface details of the original moulding, no matter how simple or intricate. Our product has a Lifetime Warranty on the material and will not rot, swell, or deteriorate over time.
