LoopUp is a dedicated initiative by RÜTEX 360 focused on developing closed-loop circular solutions for the textile industry. Built on the principles of sustainability, traceability, and long product life cycles, LoopUp converts discarded European post-consumer textiles into new, high-quality materials and products. Through advanced recycling and responsible manufacturing, the initiative enables true circularity where waste becomes a valuable resource. We have a reverse logistic partner GAIA Circular. GAIA circular focuses on the recovery of raw materials. We do this by practically helping to complete circular systems, for example by offering return logistics, dismantling products and giving substance to the further recycling of the listed and dismantled materials.

MESDAN (Italy), a company of VANDEWIELE (Belgium), is a global leader in yarn joining devices and textile testing equipment. The MESDAN LAB line—designed, engineered, and manufactured in Italy—offers a comprehensive range of precision instruments for testing fibers, yarns, fabrics (traditional and technical), nonwovens, and leather, ensuring compliance with international standards in both laboratory and production environments. Recycling & Miniature Spinning MESDAN provides a miniature spinning mill, ideal for research centers, textile institutes, and universities, enabling the production of small yarn batches from short and long staple fibers. Additionally, its miniature shredding machine facilitates lab-scale textile waste recycling, supporting sustainable innovation in the industry.
Fibre to Fibre
Fibre to Fibre produces and delivers circular garments made from European post-consumer textiles. Used clothing is fibreized in Europe and then transformed into new yarns and fabrics in Asia, where garments are manufactured through certified, large-scale production partners. This unique model combines European recycling with efficient production in Asia, allowing brands to access circular products at the same price level as organic cotton or recycled polyester produced in Asia.

Created by producers for producers, the European Recycling Platform (ERP) enables these companies to meet environmental obligations under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) frameworks for waste electronic and electrical equipment (EEE), batteries, packaging and, most recently, textiles. By passing on the advantages of multinational recycling operations to customers, ERP has proved to be the most competitive and self-oriented solution for compliance, takeback services and waste treatment and recycling in a highly regulated landscape. Our circular solutions for producers and brands are available across nearly 40 PROs globally, such as Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.
