Pierret
Pierret, established in 1925 in Belgium, specializes in the manufacture of guillotine cutting machines as well as automatic loader-feeders mainly dedicated to the preparation of textile and soft plastic waste for recycling. Pierret machines easily and accurately handle most textile and soft plastic materials as well as special fibers (glass, carbon, aramid, basalt, stainless steel, Dyneema®, Spectra®, …) without danger of melting or fusion. They are easy to use and of robust construction, reliable, capable of providing significant outputs at low installed power, adapted to the most varying conditions and suitable for difficult-to-handle applications.
Perfect Engineering Corporation
One of the leading textile machineries Manufacturers from India for hard waste yarn, Knitted & Woven fabric waste, cotton waste Recyling, Modern Blow room Line, New Generation High Production Card, Technical textiles, Non wovens, Sanitary Surgical Cotton, Service Equipment for Spinning.
NTG AS
NTG AS is a Norwegian textile-to-textile GRS-certified mechanical recycling facility. We have over 5000 square meters for textile sorting and recycling facility. In our facility we can sort and recycle all type of textiles, both post- and pre-consumer textiles. Our main product is staple fibers for textile production, such as wool, cotton and blends like polycotton. We are also developing state-of-the art automated sorting system for efficient and accurate sorting of textiles for reuse and recycling.
Nouvelles Fibres Textiles
Nouvelles Fibres Textiles is an innovative French industrial player, born from the partnership between Les Tissages de Charlieu and Synergies TLC—two companies committed to advancing the circular textile economy. We develop automated sorting and dismantling solutions to give end-of-life textiles a second life, processing both post-industrial and post-consumer waste at industrial scale. Thanks to cutting-edge optical sorting technology, we are able to: • precisely separate textiles by composition and color • remove elements that hinder recycling (zippers, buttons, labels, etc.) • prepare materials according to industrial needs (whole garments, cut pieces, pre-shredding) Our ambition: to secure high-quality, consistent recycled material streams, ready to be reintegrated into new production cycles.
Mesdan S.p.A.
MESDAN (Italy), a company of VANDEWIELE (Belgium), is a global leader in yarn joining devices and textile testing equipment. The MESDAN LAB line—designed, engineered, and manufactured in Italy—offers a comprehensive range of precision instruments for testing fibers, yarns, fabrics (traditional and technical), nonwovens, and leather, ensuring compliance with international standards in both laboratory and production environments. Recycling & Miniature Spinning MESDAN provides a miniature spinning mill, ideal for research centers, textile institutes, and universities, enabling the production of small yarn batches from short and long staple fibers. Additionally, its miniature shredding machine facilitates lab-scale textile waste recycling, supporting sustainable innovation in the industry.
MESDAN SPA
MESDAN SPA, based in Italy and founded in 1952, now part of Vandewiele, has reached a leading position worldwide in the field of yarn joining and textile laboratory equipment. Yarn Joining Solutions: Mesdan splicers (trademarks Jointair, Aquasplicer, Hot Jointair, Moistair), are designed in the automatic version for automatic winders, and in the semi-automatic version for hand operated installations and are suitable for spun or filament, regular or technical yarns and rovings. For TEXTILE RECYCLING, in the golden hierarchy of the “3Rs” (reduce, reuse, recycle), MESDAN SPLICING technology allows to joint waste tubes from weaving, by rewinding them on both manual and automatic machines, giving new life to yarn waste. The fresh technological novelty is related to the possibility of recycling multifilament yarns by using automatic winders. Previously, multifilament yarns could be rewound only by using manual winders with hand operated splicers. Recently, Mesdan and Savio (well known autowinder manufacturer and Mesdan’s sister company) developed this unique machine on the market, the AUTOMATIC WINDER FOR MULTIFILAMENT YARNS. According to length and diameter of the waste bobbins, different configurations are available. Due to heavy footprint of polyester and nylon, this fresh novelty is receiving an excellent market response. Laboratory equipment: engineered, designed and manufactured in Italy, the MESDAN LAB division offers a complete range of instruments for a variety of different textile materials, for all production processes (spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing & finishing), as well as for the educational or R&D and classing institutes. For TEXTILE RECYCLING, Mesdan showcase the LAB SHREDDING MACHINE, an equipment for simulating the textile mechanical recycling in miniature; it is an ideal solution for R&D as well as for the recycling of small lots of textile waste. Like a real production machine, it transforms different types of textiles (yarns, knitted or woven fabrics, unsold or worn garments, etc) into their original fiber form, for the evaluation of their recycling properties. In addition, the MINI SPINNING LINE gives the possibility of eventually blending them with virgin fibers, for testing the spinnability of those obtained recycled fibers. For the evaluation of the virgin and recycled fibers, the Mesdan-Lab range offers various testing equipment, for the fiber length distribution (CLASSIBER), the neps content and the opening grade (NATI). TENSOLAB 4 is the versatile tensile strength tester of the line, suitable also for the single fiber and fiber bundle analysis of strength, elongation and tenacity. The microscope system VIDEO ANALYZER, with the special software developed by Mesdan, is used in recycling for the optical sorting: it recognizes the fiber, the blend percentage as well as the fineness of the round shaped fibers, all that following the most requested textile standard methods.
